Up close
Real oak hardwood for anyone who wants an authentic, textured floor in living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms. Light natural oak with a brushed grain: warm without darkening the room and easy to pair with light or dark furniture. Extra-wide, long planks (9.4" × 86.6") with a 4 mm oak layer that can be sanded and refinished later on: a floor built to last decades. The engineered core moves far less than solid wood with Tampa's humidity, and it can be glued, stapled or floated depending on the subfloor. It is not waterproof: for full bathrooms or laundry rooms, a vinyl option is the better choice. With hardwood, what decides how long the floor lasts is what you can't see: moisture in the slab. That's why we check the slab before we install.
